Rosa is originally from Southern California, but relocated to San Jose in 2000. She and her husband are original owners in the Basking Ridge Community having moved in October 2006. The feel of being away from the city but still close enough to all the necessities is what attracted her and her husband to the neighborhood.

Safety and a sense of community is what has prompted her to step into a leadership role within the neighborhood. Facilitating the development of connections among neighbors is the ultimate goal.
